Finlay James Associates is one of the fastest growing technology sales recruitment organisations in the UK. We are small enough to care but incredibly ambitious and, as such, an opportunity has arisen to for a full-time administrator. Our expansion has been possible because, quite simply, we`re good at what we do.
You will be looking for a job where you will be challenged. You will handle incoming and outgoing calls from our clients, consultants and suppliers and will take and pass on messages to the appropriate staff.
You will provide administrative support with a marketing slant, ensuring that all Finlay James vacancies are advertised correctly and the response is distributed to the consultants efficiently.
Alongside the general administrative duties of faxing, photocopying, typing, filing and handling incoming and outgoing post, full training will be given on our advertising tools.

If you enjoy using your initiative, are methodical and possess administrative experience coupled with proven skills in Microsoft packages, we would love to hear from you. You will have the following skills:
